It's been a week since I started my morning activities. I wake up every morning around 4:00 a.m., and I don't get sleepy or run out of energy during the day. I'm getting used to going to bed early and waking up early. On the weekend, I went with my daughter on her cycling trip, and I walked or ran to a park a little further away to play. I came home and played badminton in the evening, and I was surprised to find that my legs were lighter than before and I was able to keep rallying. 

The morning activities I participate in are quite stoic, but since it's a live activity, the menu is different every day, and there are reminders to make it a habit and a community to keep me motivated. It's a bit costly, but I think it's a necessary investment for my boredom-prone personality, so I'm going to stick with it!
