就寝前に軽いストレッチや、買い物ついでのウォーキングなどはしているものの、確実に運動不足な日々です。とにかく身体を動かしたい!けど1人だと続かない!ということで、毎日1時間ほどの朝活オンラインヨガに参加することに決めました。なんと毎日です、土曜も日曜もなく毎日。目標は今まで幾度となく挫折してきた「ベターッと開脚前屈」。結果は…3ヶ月後に!頑張るぞ〜!
I do some light stretching before bedtime and some walking while shopping, but I feel like I'm not getting enough exercise. I just want to move my body! But I can't keep up if I'm alone! So I decided to join a daily yoga morning activity for about an hour! Every day, including Saturdays and Sundays. Basically, no days off. My goal is to achieve a perfect leg-opening forward bend, which I have failed to achieve many times before. I'll report the results in three months! I'll do my best!
